Wool Working Day

On Sunday, we participated in a woolworking class with a friend and her kids.  We learned to prepare, card, spin and ply the wool.

  1. My kids have enjoyed this activity too. Have you read Charlie Needs a Cloak by Tomie dePaola? It goes very well with sheep to sweater lessons. http://highhillhomeschool.blogspot.com/2011/11/viking-history-co-op-week-2-spinning.html
